Thanks for all of your kind compliments. As far as the dead space goes they couldn’t fit a lazy susan there. We have one on the other side of the kitchen next to the stove but with such little door space there was nothing they could do to create another opening. I’m sure once the countertop is on (now scheduled for Monday) we won’t think about it nearly as much.

Another update! The fridge is coming tomorrow (Friday)! It came in much earlier than they expect and we are ELATED!

Dawn, the kitchen looks great! I love it… and when the countertop and fridge are in, you are going to be very happy, and forget about the “dead space.” In hindsight, a lazy susan should have been installed, but what can you do now.

And you look beautiful! I love the pictures of you and Noah.

Can’t wait to see the finished kitchen, its looking great so far. Why didn’t the contractor use a corner kitchen cabinet? My parents have one with a lazy suzan in it and its great for big pots etc. The dead space would bother me too! But once the granite goes on you won’t know its there, so that’s good at least
