Interestingly enough, I am the only Mom to post here and agree with Walter. I am not at all comfortable with naked or half-naked baby girl shots, even when they are younger than Kate is now in that photo. I think it is ok at maybe 3-6 months or less. To me 6 months even is pushing it. I don’t know why but I have always just been really prudish about it! It’s crazy!! I have desensitized myself from it for the most part for kids under 2 simply because I’m in the photography biz and see it all the time, but it’s just not my thing.

Now… I have seen some people post pics of their little girls 4-6 *years* old just wearing pajama bottoms and no shirt and that’s truly made me feel uncomfortable and like it’s something I shouldn’t be seeing on a public internet site. But to each their own!

As for what is appropriate or not – she is still considered an infant by many standards so I say its still way okay. My husband, on the other hand, would agree with Walter. He does not even want me bathing Sophie with any of my friend’s little baby boys because its “not right.” I say these daddies are in for some big surprises!
