Its been a really long time since I’ve written a post, but I had to write this one (Dawn is the blogger in our house). Anyway, its not often that I can talk Dawn into posing for me, but this time she finally relented and let me shoot some shots of her at the beach. Well, that wasn’t such a great idea because it was hot and she is like 8 months pregnant. Oops. She was a good sport and let me have my way, for a little while at least. I don’t think she liked them, but I also don’t think she sees herself as the beautiful woman that I see.

Lion Country Safari

We thought it would be a great idea to take Noah to Lion Country Safari. He loves pointing at birds and barking at dogs, etc. What better fun could it be but to drive through a safari with all those animals to point at! Since we’d be crawling around the park, we let Noah come up front with us so he could get a better view … and that’s when it all went downhill. Noah thought all the new buttons and knobs at his disposal were much much more intersting than anything going on outside the vehicle. He blasted the radio, changed the channels, made it hot and cold in the car. He had a great time. NOT what we had in mind. We did still manage to get a few pics in.

There was also a little water park inside. That’s where Noah had the most fun. It was pretty hot out and this was a great way for him to keep cool. He loved the squirting water!

Noah at MyGym

We took Noah to MyGym today. We hadn’t been in a long time. He ran around and had a good time on the toys. He wasn’t too interested in the group activites though. As usual, he liked the ball pit.

He did have a great time on the swing! This is what we saw …

But I think this how he felt!

Dawn’s Texas Adventure

Dawn and Noah were supposed to be going to San Antonio. Instead, they are now sitting in Austin. As you can see from the flight track above, tropical storm Erin happens to be paying San Antonio a visit as we speak. Nice! Last time she and Noah tried to go to San Antonio, they ended up in Houston! And, it looks like Dean might be paying them a visit too! Greeaaaattt!!

Little helper

Noah came to work the other day. As you can see, he really made himself at home. He was a good little helper. “Let me show you how its done!” He’s so funny. Oh, yes, my office is a mess.

Splash Adventure

This weekend we went to Splash Adventure. Its a little water park in Quiet Waters Park. It was awesome! Noah had the best time. We can’t wait to go back again.
